{ Another Update! }

If you look closely at our family pumpkins you'll see why I haven't been blogging lately, why I've been "down and out." I'm ten weeks pregnant with number three and this baby has been kicking my booty with sickness and exhaustion. I'm looking forward to feeling better soon and getting some Christmas projects going and getting back to blogging.

Thanks for checking in!

{ Down and Out, but Not Gone }

Hi everyone! I've been down and out sick and just trying to keep my household functioning on the most basic of levels the last week or two. I'm starting to feel a little better, so I'm hoping to be back up and blogging soon. Thanks for sticking around and checking in. I hope that you're having a beautiful fall.

{ Pacifier Weaning }

Well, the time has come for Miss Tabi to say goodbye to her pacifier. At 19 months old she's developed quite the attachment to her "bai" as she calls it. And as I know it, there are two ways to go about weaning her from her pacifier - cold turkey and cutting the tip. Going cold turkey theoretically is like ripping the band aide off it will hurt at first, but it will be over quicker - no need to draw out the process. Cutting the tip is more of a drawn out process that hopefully will lead to your kiddo giving up the paci on her own.

{ Embellished Onsie }

Well, I said I could knock it off and I did. Here it is, one of my most re-pinned pins from Pinterest:

I saw this onsie and headband set one day on Zulilly and immediately knew that I could knock it off for less and that it would make a great semi-handmade baby gift. So if you want to see how I went about "knocking off" this onsie read on!
