{ K.I.S. Week }

Keep It Simple. That's what I'm trying to do this week. That's what I need to do this week. I don't know about you guys, but I am busy and overwhelmed. We have not been home more than 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks and that means lots of packing and unpacking for a family of four plus the normal never ending tasks of keeping the house picked up, the fridge stocked, laundry clean, snacks and meals made and then hopefully a moment for me.

If normal summer life weren't overwhelming enough, I've got birthdays galore to get gifts ready for and my friends keep having beautiful babies that need gifts. The sad thing is that the gifts are the part I love (gift giving is one of my love languages - ooh! That statement is begging for a smiley but I promised myself no emoticons in my blog.) and I really would like to make something special for each and every person; alas, I must find a way to K.I.S. the gifts too.

So here we go, K.I.S. Week: every post will be as simple as I can make it about simple solutions to everyday life situations. I will have minimal pictures in the posts as well to keep with the K.I.S. theme.

Tune in tomorrow for the first official K.I.S. Week post, {Baking Soda}. See? Even the name is simple, I'm off to a good start!

In the comment section please share what do you do to K.I.S. in your daily life?
